Today marks my 4th attempt at reviving my blog. I started blogging on May 2006 and as you can read in my previous entry (which dated back to 2008) I started it so Bea can learn from my entries as I document learnings from my own experiences, random thoughts and insightful musings.
I got caught up though with life that I never found the time anymore to write. I revived my blog briefly in multiply but that too was short lived as I never got back into that blog zone I was in when Bea was still a toddler. I wrote this in one of my entries in my multiply site that I never got my groove back in writing primarily because with the way my life turned out, I never got to believing I’m wise enough to impart anything to my own daughter let alone about life and love. As my life was in shambles then my thinking was how on earth could I tell my daughter how to best live her life if I myself am absolutely clueless? So eventually I gave up and stopped pretending I know anything.
Last week though I stumbled upon my blog site again and started reading my old entries. As I read through my entries, I realized I was really on to something with this blog. I found my writing to be quite amusing if I say so myself and insightful that I’m sure Bea can learn a thing or two from my own experiences and reflection at life. I realized then that now that Bea has grown older and about to enter the child adult life (which is grade school, hehe) I really do need to go back to writing again while I still remember how it was like to be young and carefree and what I learned from my careless decisions back when I was younger.
So now I’m yet again reviving this blog. I just hope I’ll stick to my word this time.
